PERFECT MULTI PRIMER

PERFECT MULTI PRIMER

Surface-Conditioning Primer

PERFECT MULTI PRIMER is a water-based acrylic primer designed to stabilise porous substrates, improve adhesion, and reduce uneven surface absorption. It is suitable for use prior to waterproofing, tiling, and self-levelling applications, helping to create a more stable and durable surface finish.

Features

  • Excellent penetration into porous substrates

  • Enhances adhesion and improves performance of waterproofing membranes

  • Water-based and environmentally friendly

  • Easy to apply with a brush or roller

  • Improves workability and reduces surface irregularities

Uses

As a Primer for Waterproofing Works

  • Apply the primer undiluted using a brush or roller.

  • Allow the primer to fully cure before applying the subsequent waterproofing membrane.

As a Primer for Tiling Works

  • Dilute the primer with clean water at a ratio of 2:1 (Water : Primer) before application.

  • Apply the diluted primer evenly using a brush or roller.

  • Once the primer has completely dried, proceed with tile installation.

As a Primer for Self-levelling Mortar Works

  • Apply the primer in two coats prior to the application of the self-levelling mortar.

  • 1st Coat Dilution Ratio: Water : Primer = 1.5 : 1

  • 2nd Coat Dilution Ratio: Water : Primer = 0.5 : 1

  • Apply evenly using a roller or brush to avoid ponding.

  • Allow the primer to dry completely and ensure a tack-free surface before pouring the self-levelling mortar.

  • Ensure the substrate is non-absorbent or highly absorbent areas are fully sealed to prevent rapid moisture loss.
